Our Garden

We spent this weekend planting our garden. We had to rent a rototiller and buy some dirt to replenish what previous years have done. We planted tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli, peas, and tomatillo's. We are debating expanding the garden and planting potatoes, carrots, and beats, possibly corn. I can't decide if the extra expense is worth what it will produce. We will have to rototill more space, bring in more dirt, buy seeds, etc. Don bought me two clematis and some trellis to make our shed look less shedly haha in our yard. We also got two dahlia's for the front yard along with some pansies and marigolds. We planted some marigolds in the garden also, it seems to deter bugs.

Violets in the front and hiding a bit are two dahlias.

Marigolds around a tree in our front yard.

Cucumbers, more tomatoes and tomatillos.

On the left are our pepper plants.

Behind the tree are some of the tomatoes.
