Show Us Where You Live Living Room Edition

Well it's Friday again and Kelly is hosting another Show Us Where You Live, check out her blog from my sidebar! I think it's just a way for her to get us all to clean our houses!!! I love my living room. It is painted a light blue which was supposed to be grey but turned out to be exactly what we love, thanks for the color mixup Home Depot! We purchased our couches last year on craigslist and have loved how easy they are to clean and very comfortable. My husband built our coffee table and side tables, he is a woodworker at heart, I wish he could do it full time, I love to see his creative side! I run a small daycare out of our home so having the toy area with the living room has its advantages and I'm sure you can all figure out why it doesn't (clean or not it's out there for everyone to see)

I love this wall of pictures of the kids, they are however a year old, think it's time to get them done again, what do you think? I have a quilt rack we got free but it's very rickety, any suggestions on what I could use for blankets? I've thought of a trunk but it needs to be something sturdy enough for someone to sit on.
I can't believe I still have up our Christmas curtains, hubby and I can't decide what kind of fabric we want to use, any suggestions would be so appreciated.
