Update on our lives

As many of you know Don was injured at work in October and has been working light duty in Springfied since then, that is until Thursday almost two weeks ago when his employer decided they didn't have enough work to keep him busy so he was sent home until this work related injury is resolved. Needless to say our income is being drastically cut, we lose health benefits, and well, isn't that enough? Anyhooooo, with Don's physical limitations he is unable to do many of the things he enjoys doing like yardwork ha, working on our rigs, or generally mark anything off his to do list. It is a possibility that he will not be able to get back in a truck but after having him home nightly for the past nine months we dont want him gone anymore. So we brainstorm about what kinds of businesses we could start together, or generally what the future holds for us. Who needs a midlife crisis when on is thrown in our laps =) We are excited, scared, prayerful as we face the unknown but know that God has a plan for our family and look forward to seeing where this all ends up. So yep, prayers would be coveted! Oh and Don sees an orthopedic surgeon on August 3rd to find out if surgery is next, I will keep updates on here as they come up. Thanks for reading =)
