I chose to take pictures! Last night I was talking to my mom on the phone, Don, Morgan, and Cale were watching a movie while Ty, and Brock took a bath. Anyhoo, little old mommy's instinct kicks in so I go running in there to discover this...



What I didn't photograph was the floor and toilet also covered in bubbles, there's a first time for everything for sure!

Funny little man

Brock dressed himself Christmas in, swim trunks, socks, sweater, and a long sleeved tshirt over the sweater, he was so proud of himself!

Merry Christmas

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas, ours was a lot of fun, it did start a little early though, 4:30am, however we made them wait til 7:30 to open presents. We did wake up to a bit of a mess that one of Santa's reindeer in training (Chet) and Ben made, seems they had a little play time in the house and we captured some of their mess to share

Happy Birthday Morgan!

I can't believe my little girl is 10, double digits, makes me teary eyed just thinking about it! We had a pretty low key day, she opened presents in the morning then we had the oh so delicious birthday dinner at McDonalds, at her request. Oh and we got to go to the mall and spend her birthday money, silly girl bought jewelry, lip gloss, and perfume, she's such a girl! Happy Birthday Morgan, I love you!

We did a little makeover, complete with eyebrows, she thought she looked so funny!

Glimpses of Christmas

One of my favorite ornaments from childhood, my grandma made it and it used to have lifesavers in the middle for the body. I just love having something my grandma made!

Beautiful nativity set my mom gave me! It is up very high away from little hands, I would be very heartbroken if something happened to it.

Finding their inner peace

Morgan and her good friend Macayla were stuck with many boys on Friday and finally decided that they wanted to put themselves in time out in order to get a break from the boys. They are so funny!

My friend Jackie brought her girls and supplies and educated me on making soap. We had a great time, I can't wait to get my own stuff and experiment!

Thanksgiving Week

I was bad again and didn't get my camera out much the past week but did manage to snap a few. My mom came down from Washington for four days and Don also had those four days off so it was nice to just stay home which was pretty much what we did the whole time, we played lots of games, watched movies, played, and just relaxed, it was fun and I was so bummed to have everyone gone today and to get back in the swing of things, but those days off from life definetly left me energized for the next few weeks until Christmas! Oh and I was reminded yet again, how much I enjoyed our kitchen island, I was in the kitchen making caramels and everyone just pulled up a stool and hung out right there, I love my family! You are all a blessing to me every day! Yes that means you, too MOM!
