Ben's first swim in the ocean. He had a great time, drank lots of water, chased lots of birds, and attacked those pesky waves. He did come back after the video ended, he's good about that, not a runner, thank goodness. The thing I missed was as soon as the video ended he found a rather deep hole and fell in, we definitely learned after that that he could swim =)

We also saw a lot of seals and after realizing that they are carnivorous and had an unusual interest in Ben, we didn't let him swim out after we noticed that!

Yes there are eight seals in the water probably 15 feet off shore, a little too close for comfort with out little four legged buddy.

Easter Beach House trip 2010

Are you all ready for a marathon amount of pictures? I didn't want to do a slide show with these, we had a nice time, lots of wind, rain, and hail but nice to have oceanfront and our own place where we could be as loud or as quiet as we wanted.

Ben's first time in the ocean! HE LOVED IT!

Heading out on our first walk, it hailed on our way back, BRR!

Cute boys after our freezing walk.
We had banana splits at our favorite ice cream place in Newport, YUM!

Big Ouchee

Don and Ben were playing on the bed while I was laying in it and Ben ended up accidently scratching my eyelid. Luckily my eye was closed or it would have been much worse. I evidently ended up passing out from the stress of the blood and the pain, thank goodness I don't remember that! Don and I made a trip at 11:30pm to the ER and it didn't require any stitches, thank goodness! Oh and it healed completely in a little over a week!

Fun day at AC Gilbert House

Waving at Daddy

Don had a 100 foot load which to most people doesn't sound like a big deal but it's long trust me, not something I enjoy seeing on my husbands truck because I know what can happen with loads like that. Anyhow, he was driving through Albany with a pilot car and wanted us all to see him. It was fun to stand and wait for him to drive by, we got to wave at him along with many other people who thought we were waving at them.
