Tuesday
Thankful for a hubby who knows me well enough to know that buying me a vintage lawnmower would make me so happy. I love mowing with it and so do the kids which is obviously a win for me also ha.

Monday
Today I am thankful for two things, 1) That my flowers no matter how badly I ignore them they continue to produce beautifully. 2) That there are no weed police or I would be seriously screwed in trouble.
Given to me three years ago and they are finally just now producing flowers. |

Thursday continued
Well I'm gonna try something
After what has felt like true torture the past few weeks with me feeling like a grumpy bear (the stress of our lives is finally really getting to me) I decided this morning to post pictures each day for the next thirty days of things I am thankful for. I may not get them posted on the exact day but will take them daily and post when I get a chance to breath get on the computer.
Blueberry zucchini bread (free zucchini from our neighbors garden YEAH!) |
The fort we made the kids, also $6 total for sheets at a garage sale that I cut and sewed, turned out great! |
Another catch up with pictures.

In which I save money and continue my pinterest addiction
The kids and I have been doing a ton of bleach tshirts lately and have found that those darn bleach pens just don't last as long as I would like so after a little internet searching and some "experimenting" in the kitchen I came up with my own recipe.
1/2 cup bleach
3/4 cup baking soda.
I mixed these together in a glass measuring cup and then refilled (rather messily) my used bleach pens. I've already made a couple more projects with the new mixture and it comes out awesome!
Note: This amount refilled three pens but I figured if it was too much I would put the rest in a glass jar until I needed it.
